5 things - it's not a huge number and usually I can remember 3 things for sure, but this list is one that I need to remember and work on all 5 items. These can help most people I think or at least one or tow of the items for sure. In reading over this list - we can take these and use them to make us stronger. Not only by watching out for doing these things - but even more importantly, we can do the oppisite of what these things are.
