I always look at a basketball team (as I stared coaching in 1982, it's been a major part of my life) and I always remind players about it takes 5 people to do great things on the court. Just as we don't dribble the basketball with just one finger - it takes all five fingers to control the ball; great things on the court cannot be done by just one person. It's like that in work, with our families, with our friends, etc.
